- We offer FREE returns up to 14 days after delivery of the item(s)..
- Returned items should be received back to us in the condition they were delivered, unworn and in the original packaging.
- Any items that have been customised are deemed unfit for return and will be denied.
- Refunds will be issued within 30 days upon receipt of items back into our warehouse and will be issued back to the original payment method.
- Enginehawk has the authority to deny any returns which our team deems as non returnable, in this instance the goods would be returned back to the sender.
- At Enginehawk we strive to make sure you are delighted with every purchase. Occasionally however we know there are some instances where an exchange is needed. If this is the case please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- You can exchange your item(s) if you are unhappy with the design or if it does not fit correctly.
- Exchanges are made subject to the availability of alternative goods and at the discretion of Enginehawk.
Faulty / Defective Items
- In the unlikely event of you receiving defective or faulty goods please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order at email@example.com
- Upon the confirmation of faulty / defective item(s), we will provide a return label covering the cost of the item(s).
- You can cancel your order at any time up until the point it is dispatched.
- If you wish to cancel your order after this time you will need to follow our return process.
- As long as the item(s) is unused and in its original packaging we will issue a full refund within 30 days of the item(s) being received by us at our warehouse.
