返品

  • We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery of the item(s).
  • Returned items should be received back to us in the condition they were delivered, unworn and in the original packaging.
  • Any items that have been customized are deemed unfit for return and will be denied.
  • Refunds will be issued within 30 days upon receipt of items back into our warehouse and will be issued back to the original payment method.
  • Please note the cost of returning items will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Enginehawkは、返品不可と判断した場合、返品を拒否する権限を持っています。この場合、商品は送り主に返送されます。

Exchanges

  • Enginehawkでは、お客様に満足していただけるような商品を提供することに努めています。しかし、時折、交換が必要な場合があります。そのような場合は、商品到着後14日以内にご連絡ください。
  • You can exchange your item(s) if you are unhappy with the design or if it does not fit correctly.
  • 交換は、代替品の有無とEnginehawkの判断により行われます。
  • Only return items you wish to exchange. Remove any items which have been purchased separately before sending back to us (Shockwave, Pinlock, upgraded Visors / Lenses).
  • Please note the cost of returning items will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Enginehawkは、当社が返品不可と判断した商品の返品を拒否する権限を持っています。この場合、交換は拒否され、商品はお客様に返送されます。

Faulty / Defective Items

  • In the unlikely event of you receiving defective or faulty goods please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@ruroc.com.
  • Upon the confirmation of faulty / defective item(s), we will provide a return label covering the cost of the item(s).

Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order at any time up until the point your order it is dispatched.
  • If you wish to cancel your order after this time you will need to follow our return process.
